Specifically engineered for Harley-Davidson models running Timken-style tapered roller bearings, these spacers are essential for wide tire conversions or custom wheel offsets. By shifting the sprocket or pulley outward, you ensure proper chain or belt clearance against the tire and frame, preventing premature wear and mechanical interference.

Each spacer is CNC machined with a self-centering registration step. This design ensures the spacer remains perfectly concentric with the wheel hub while providing a matching pilot for the sprocket or pulley to seat against. This dual-sided centering eliminates the vibrations and bolt shearing risks associated with generic, flat spacers.   • Bearing Type: Designed exclusively for 1984-1999 style hubs using Timken bearings.
  • 2000-Up Models: Does not fit 2000-present models with sealed ball bearings (2.22 Inch hub pilot).
  • Hardware: Long-reach Grade 8 bolts are required for installation (sold separately). Verify minimum thread engagement before operation.
