The Following Returns Policy Applies to All Items Sold on

If You Are Not Fully Satisfied With Your Purchase, Return It. It’s Easy! You May Return It with Your Original Sales Receipt, a Gift Receipt, or The Original Packing Slip Within 30 Days of The Delivery Date. We Will Happily Exchange or Refund Your Unused Item(s). Please Include a Detailed Description Stating Why You’re Returning the Item and If You Want a Refund, Exchange, or Full Store Credit.

Twisted Choppers Warrants to The Original Owner that Twisted Choppers Branded Products Are Free from Defects in Materials and Workmanship, Under Normal and Intended Use, Including Plating, for A Period of 90 Days from The Original Date of Purchase.

We Accept Returns Within the Applicable Return Window if It Fulfills One or More of The Following Conditions:

  • Was in A Physically Damaged Condition at The Time of Delivery
  • Has One or More Parts or Accessories Missing
  • Does Not Match with What Was Ordered

When Returning an Item(s) or Exchanging for Any Reason Other than The Ones Shown Above, You Will Be Responsible for All Shipping Fees. Exchanges Are at The Buyer’s Expense and Shipping Must Be Paid Prior to Us Sending the Exchanged Item(s) to You.

All Returns and Cancellations Are Subject To A 20% Restocking or Refund Fee. This Fee Is Waived if The Refund Is Applied To A Replacement Item of Equal or Greater Value or Store Credit if Requested.

Returns Are Not Accepted for Items Such as Electronics, Fuel Injection Engine Tuners, Fenders with Struts Welded On, Springer Front Ends, Wheels, or Anything That’s a Special Order Request or Custom Made per A Customer’s Specifications. Many Items Are Sold with Surface Finishes that Are Easily Damaged without Proper Handling. Returns Must Be 100% Free of Defects Such as Scuffs, Scratches, or Anything that Will Not Allow Us to Sell the Item as New Again. If We Receive a Return that Does Not Meet These Requirements a Refund Deduction for Decreased Value on Used or Damaged Returns Will Be Applied. Items Must Be Returned in The Original Manufacturer’s Packaging or We Cannot Accept the Return. Package Your Return Well and Make Sure Painted, Powdercoated, Chrome, or Any Finished Part Is Not Allowed to Touch Other Parts or Freely Move Around in The Box. This Will Damage the Finish and Cause Your Return to Be Rejected.

If the Return Is the Result of Shipping Damage, Missing Parts, or Does Not Match the Product Description, We Will Refund the Full Price of The Item(s) and The Original Shipping Cost. Please Contact Us for A Free Return Label. All Other Returns Are at The Buyer’s Expense.  If You Are Returning High-Value Items, You May Consider Using a Trackable Shipping Service or Purchasing Shipping Insurance. We Cannot Guarantee that We Will Receive Your Returned Item and This Will Cover You in Case It Is Lost or Damaged.

When We Receive Your Return You Will Be Notified of The Approval or Rejection of Your Refund. If You Are Approved, Then Your Refund Will Be Applied to The Original Payment Method or Can Be Retained as A Credit Towards a Future Sale if Requested.

Depending on The Payment Method, Refunds Typically Take 5-7 Business Days of Processing Time Before You See the Money in Your Account. If You Haven’t Received a Refund After 7 Business Days, Please Contact Us at to Confirm It Has Been Processed. if Everything Has Been Completed on Our Side We May Ask You to Contact Your Credit Card Company, Bank, or Other Payment Processors for More Information Regarding the Refund.
