Drag Specialties Zinc Plated Steel Rear Sprocket and Pulley Spacers for 2000-Up Harley-Davidson
Fine-tune your driveline alignment with these precision-engineered steel spacer shims. Specifically designed for 2000-present Harley-Davidson models equipped with sealed ball bearing hubs, these spacers allow for the minor adjustments necessary when installing custom wheels or wide tire kits. Proper alignment of the rear pulley or sprocket is essential to prevent premature wear on belts and chains while ensuring smooth power delivery to the rear wheel.
Constructed from high-strength steel with a corrosion-resistant zinc plating, these flat-style shims offer a durable and cost-effective solution for drivetrain spacing. Unlike thicker registration spacers, these shims are designed to slip over the existing hub flange, utilizing the stock hub lip for centering. This ensures your drive components remain perfectly concentric without the need for complex hub modifications.

Installation and Fitment Notes
- CRITICAL CENTERING RULE: This is a flat spacer and does not feature a male locating lip. Your wheel hub’s centering register must be long enough to pass through the spacer and still engage the pulley or sprocket. If the spacer is thicker than the exposed hub lip, the pulley will not be centered, which can cause severe vibration or bolt failure.
- Excluded Models: Does NOT fit 2008-Up Touring models (Road King, Street Glide, Road Glide) or any model utilizing a rubber-isolated cush-drive carrier.
- Hardware Requirements: Ensure proper thread engagement is maintained when adding spacer thickness. Longer Grade 8 pulley bolts may be required (sold separately).
- Maintenance: Always use a high-strength thread-locking compound on pulley bolts and torque to the manufacturer’s specific settings.
