Aluminum Rear Sprocket Pulley Spacers For 1984-1999 Harley Davidson Motorcycles

Achieve proper drive line alignment on your classic Harley-Davidson with these American-made billet aluminum spacers.

  • CRITICAL: HUB LIP MUST BE SHORTER THAN .300″ (OR .215″ FOR 1/4″ SPACERS) TO FIT.
  • Fits: Most 1984-1999 Harley-Davidson models (Softail, Dyna, FXR, Touring, and Sportster).
  • Will NOT Fit: 2000-Up models with Sealed Ball Bearings (2.22″ Hub Locating Diameter).
  • Precision fit: Self-centering design properly locates the spacer to the wheel and the pulley or sprocket.
  • American Made: CNC machined in the USA from premium billet 6061-T6 aluminum bar stock.
  • Versatile Sizing: Available in graduated widths to help you dial in the exact spacing required for your custom build.
  • Bolt Pattern: Standard 5-Bolt (3.25″ Circle) using 7/16″ bolts (Hole size: .453″)
  • Hub Counterbore (Female): 1.986″ I.D. (Fits over the hub lip).
  • Pulley Step (Male): 1.976″ O.D. x .188″ Tall (Centers the pulley/sprocket).
  • Center Hole: 1.56″
  • Outer Diameter: 4.19″
  • Axle Fitment: Compatible with 3/4″ axles using Timken-style tapered roller bearings.

Installation Note
Measure your hub diameter first! This spacer is designed for hubs with a 2.00″ locating lip (Timken bearing style). If your hub lip measures approx. 2.22″, you likely have a newer wheel and need our 2000-Up spacer.
1999 Dyna Owners: Please double-check your hub. While most 1999 models fit this spacer, some late-year models featured the newer sealed bearing hubs (2.22″).
