Exile Sprocket Brake Caliper Kit

The sprocket brake kit is a signature item on all Exile bikes. The rear brake and final drive sprocket are combined into one great-looking unit, cleaning up the rear wheel completely. The polished stainless steel sprocket/rotor (sprotor) is combined with a slick two-piston billet aluminum caliper and is available in polished aluminum, black anodized and chrome finishes. Although designed primarily for use on rigid and Softail applications, we also use the sprocket brake successfully with traditional swing arms on bikes such as Softail and Dyna models.

• Supplied with a bushing allowing sprocket brake kit to be used with 3/4″ and 1″ /25mm axles
• Uses readily available seals and FA76 brake pads
• Standard Harley bolt pattern: 5 x 3.25″
• 50 Tooth sprocket (10.2″ diameter) uses a 530 chain
• Sprocket/rotor thickness: .35″
• Bolt hole size: .469″
• Center hole size: 2.23″ (also supplied with a spacer to reduce to 1.98″)
• Dimension from the outer face of the sprocket to the outer face of the caliper is 1.2″
• Caliper ‘body’ measures 2.9″ by 3.6″ and is 2.55″ from front to back
